The moment you contact me (generally because you want a website designed!), you provide me with your personal data. Typically, this would be your invoicing and contact details, and any other information you decide to share with me because our cooperation requires it. I will process this data further.
The processing of personal data in this way is possible due to and governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
I do not forward your data to any other processor, nor do I share it with anyone. All data processing takes place within the EU. Your data, however, may be available to the providers of tools I use in my business activities. At the moment, these include the following:

I will process your data for 3 years following the termination of our cooperation.
